The entire body of Nigerian film industry, Nollywood has donated the sum of N4 million to late actress Rachel Oniga’s children. Actors Jide Kosoko, Kate Henshaw who represented the entire Nollywood at Rachel Oniga’s tribute, presented the cheque of the N4 million to one of her children at the event. Presenting the donation, Jide Kosoko said, “On behalf of the Nollywood, all the guilds, the organisers of the great event and other contributors, we are here to formally present a cheque of N4 million for the support of the late actress, Rachel Oniga’s children. The Daily Page recalls that late actress died on 30th July, 2021 as result of a heart related disease, the family confirmed.  Also, the family of the later Actress had earlier announced August 26th and 27th, 2021 as the scheduled date for her burial.

A video shared online shows the moment actor Jim Iyke attacked his colleague, Uche Maduagwu, after tracing him to his location for a bad comment he made about him on Instagram. Uche had taken to Instagram to insinuate that Jim Iyke's source of wealth is not legitimate.   Days later, Jim Iyke found him and confronted him.   During the confrontation, which was filmed, Uche is heard asking Jim Iyke how he found him.     In a video , the lady couldn’t contain her emotion at seeing her boyfriend on one knee with an engagement ring. She first burst into loud screams, turned around excitedly and did something unusual. The unidentified lady slapped her boyfriend after consenting to his marriage proposal. She realised too late her wrongdoing and tried to make amends with her lover who left the premises angrily without completing the engagement.
